Julka from Elmtwig, a blog I like to follow since finding it on Design Your Life, recently started a new blog with her sister called Design for Less. Their mission?
...to provide a resource for people who want to buy beautiful, good design at affordable prices. Just because you don't have money doesn't mean that you cannot have style. and taste. We will navigate our way through all these products and share the best of the best. We will also offer money saving tricks we discover along the way.
I'm game! So far their finds have included housewares, linens, clothes...you name it. And I like the slight DIY bent to everything too: a lot of their tips include innovative uses for working with what you've got.
And speaking of Design Your Life: since when did they take the site down for a redesign?? Ack! No wonder no new posts were showing up in my Reader... Also, on the update-front, I've been slooowly trying to update my blogroll with some more of the blogs I'm currently reading: check them out to the right!
