Humana’s site to assist Federal employees through open enrollment was in need of a brand refresh and user flow overhaul. We tackled this challenge from the bottom up: not only reimagining how the user might use the site for information, but also how they would sign up for benefits. Additionally, the UI was brought up to speed with the rest of the Humana digital experience. The resulting site was responsive for use on mobile and much more intuitive to use.
Throughout this project, I acted as project lead to coordinate with the Interaction Designers, Content Strategist and Dev team. As Digital Visual Designer, I also rebranded the site to ensure the UI matched the latest brand standards.
